The twin alley can improve cattle flow as it offers a larger opening compared with traditional single file working alleys. Additionally, livestock can flow through the double alley with their herd mates visibly at their side which helps to reduce stress caused by isolation.
A double alley can be added to a variety of cattle working facilities. In the samples below you will see the double alley coming off of a crowding tub, a bud box, and a curved alley.
